POPIA

 

In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA) which came into affect on 1^st July 2021 with the aim of protecting both natural and juristic persons with regards to the obtaining and processing of personal information.

·        Names, telephone numbers, physical addresses and email addresses

 

·    Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of issuing quotations, invoices and Certificates of Compliance (COC)

 

·      AH Electrical CC ensures the privacy and protection of your personal information and will only use your personal information in accordance with this policy

 

·        You may request the record or a description of the personal information we hold about you

·    You may request to correct or delete your personal information in our possession or under our control that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date, incomplete or destroy or delete a record of your personal information that we are no longer authorized to retain

·    Object to the processing of your personal information, subject to the relevant lawful purpose of processing, on reasonable grounds relating to your particular situation.
